In 2025, I started reading books extensively. I created a Goodreads account and planned to complete 6 books in a year. I ended up reading 8 books! You can follow my Goodreads account here

The first book that I completed on Goodreads was Matilda. It was a funny book. After finishing the book, we also watched the movie. It was really great.

We started a ritual of going for Ice Creams and Waffles after we finished a book. Earlier, I read the books to get the rewards, but gradually I loved reading them. I do not know a lot of words, but when we are reading from my Dad’s kindle, I just touch the word and I can see the meaning. If we are reading from a book, my Dad tells me the meaning.

In 2026, I plan to read 12 to 15 books. I have already completed 2 books in one month. So far, I loved Winnie-The-Pooh, the most, this year. Last year, my favourite book was Pippi Longstockings (which is written by a very famous Swedish Author, Astrid Lindgren).

Next, I am going to read ‘Narnia: Häxan, Lejonet och Garderoben’, which is the Swedish translation of the book ‘The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe’ from the The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S.Lewis. I was gifted the book by Shashank on my birthday and when I finish the book, and write the review, he will get me the next one in the series.
